The above documents are all public record, in their unredacted form. I redacted them to ensure this site would not be responsible for anyone getting doxed, either the victim, the alleged perpetrator or the alleged perpetrators family. The trial has not happened yet, so Raymond Garner is presumed innocent until/unless found otherwise. I have utmost sympathy for anyone that is a victim of this.
